About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Coffee Man to join our Guest Relations Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Brew, prepare and serve prompt Arabic coffee in a courteous manner
• Engage with guests and share information about Arabic customs and traditions
• Maintain a clean and neat coffee service area
• Check daily reports to acknowledge any VIP arrivals
• Ensure that the workstation is stocked with an appropriate quantity of coffee
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience as Coffee Man is required
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
• Native Arabic language is a big benefit
• Basic knowledge in Arabic coffee making
• Exposure to working with a multi‑cultural team
