Overview

As part of an Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project, we are looking for a CMMS Maintenance Team Leader. The position will report to the Project Manager and will be based in Abu Dhabi, under a resident onshore status.

Responsibilities

• Build the top‑of‑the‑line functional breakdown (asset register) including functional location and item of equipment of the concerned facilities according to company rules and specifications.
• Enter in CMIMS PM module all equipment with a tag number.
• Help prepare the Maintenance plan.
• Prepare input files in compliance with CMIMS PM and MM data entry requirements, including functional location, classification of technical objects, Bill of Material (BOM) list of spare parts, documents links, maintenance measuring points, standard texts, task lists, maintenance plans, and baseline inspection results.

Templates Creation

• Extract data from the equipment database for Maintenance templates, functional location, classes & characteristics, BOM, documents, measuring points, standard texts, task lists & maintenance plans, inspection templates, SCE templates.

Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC, BTS/DUT or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations.
• Basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
• SAP/R3 experience and know‑how.
• Good interpersonal relations, pride in work, independent, common sense and organizational ability.
• Working language: English, French as an advantage.
