A prestigious hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Cluster Sales Administrator to support their sales operations for multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales support experience in luxury environments and strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves managing client communications, assisting sales campaigns, and maintaining CRM systems, contributing to the overall guest experience and sales performance.

As Cluster Sales Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Sales team across Banyan Tree Dubai & Delano Dubai, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This role is key to enabling the sales team to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional luxury experiences to leisure and corporate guests.
