Club Manager Boutique Fitness Studio
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 17000 AED 20000 per month (Tax free) bonus 22 days annual leave public holidays

per month

$4630 $5450 per month

Are you an experienced leader in the fitness industry with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences We are looking for a Club Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee the full operation of a premium fitness studio in Dubai.

About the Role

As Club Manager you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the studios success from managing and inspiring the team to driving revenue and ensuring a best-in-class experience for every member. This role requires strong leadership commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain a vibrant studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit train and develop a high-performing studio team across front-of-house and coaching staff

Culture & Standards: Set the tone and uphold the values standards and energy of the studio

Sales & Membership Growth: Drive new member acquisition and revenue growth through strong local marketing lead conversion and community outreach

Client Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies that keep members engaged supported and loyal

Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a consistent focus on quality cleanliness and safety

Performance Management: Monitor KPIs across sales retention and member satisfaction and use data to guide decisions

Client Experience: Lead from the front by being visible approachable and actively engaged in the member journey
