Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to support clinical competence development for employees. This role involves designing and delivering training interventions, assessing learning needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing, has 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, and at least 2-3 years in clinical education. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years general and/or specialized clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2-3 years' relevant experience within a healthcare clinical education setting.

Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support and guide the development of employee clinical competence, including compliance with licensure requirements through the design, facilitation and assessment of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees.
• Design and develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs.
• Deliver planned training programmes and development activities in alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
• Document and report learning outcomes, progress, and impact of development initiatives.

Required Education

Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing

Licensed as a registered nurse / midwife with the relevant healthcare authority

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years general and / or specialised clinical nursing experience

At least 2-3 years' relevant experience within a healthcare clinical education setting
