Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and payments.
  • Manage calls, emails, and patient follow-ups efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical staff.

Marketing & Revenue Growth

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new patients.
  • Coordinate health talks, community events, and corporate wellness programs.
  • Engage with patients to promote clinic packages and services.
  • Support social media updates and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years’ experience as a receptionist or customer service role (healthcare preferred).
  • Basic marketing knowledge and ability to assist in events/campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
