Job description
Supervises the daily workflow in the clinic ensuring patient satisfaction and workflow efficiency. Monitors and meets the set targets for no-shows and cancellations, daily attendance, Press Ganey filled surveys including the feedback of the patient in the surveys, approves not utilised tests and the outstanding bills. Oversees the attendance and work of the patient relations executives and porters. Works as a team with the senior nurse and assists the director of the clinics in generating reports and analysing them.
