Your Mission:

• Spearhead the launch of the clinic from licensing to full‑scale operations ensuring seamless compliance with UAE health authorities (DHA).
• Build and lead a dream team of clinicians and administrators in a multicultural high‑performance environment.
• Implement smart systems and tech‑forward solutions aligned with Dubai's healthcare innovation goals.
• Cultivate partnerships across global fertility networks and local health ecosystems.
• Champion a gold‑standard patient experience rooted in cultural empathy and clinical excellence.
• Manage budgets with precision and build scalable systems for long‑term growth.

What You Bring:

• A Master's in Healthcare Admin Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in senior healthcare leadership ideally in fertility IVF or women's health.
• Hands‑on experience opening or scaling clinics in the GCC or internationally.
• Deep understanding of DHA processes and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Charisma, resilience and a heart for impact you thrive in fast‑paced purpose‑driven settings.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a major advantage.
