Role Overview
The Client Outreach Manager will be the engine that drives Idenfo's lead generation and engagement efforts. This role focuses on identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing potential clients across global markets, leveraging advanced outreach platforms and strategies. Working closely with sales and product teams, you will ensure that Idenfo connects with the right prospects, delivering a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Core Purpose
To generate and nurture high-quality leads by executing targeted outreach campaigns, engaging prospects across multiple channels, and equipping the sales team with well-qualified opportunities to close.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement client outreach strategies tailored to Idenfo's target markets (banks, FinTechs, and regulated businesses).
- Identify, research, and engage potential leads through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation platforms.
Lead Nurturing & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through professional and personalised communication.
- Handle initial inquiries, respond to prospect questions, and nurture leads toward the demo stage.
Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams
- Pass on qualified leads to the sales enablement team for demos and closure.
- Share insights from outreach activities with sales and product teams to improve targeting and messaging.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and follow-ups in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
- Prepare reports on outreach performance, conversion rates, and lead quality, with recommendations for improvement.
Process & Tool Optimization
- Stay updated with the latest outreach, lead generation, and automation tools.
- Suggest improvements to outreach scripts, email sequences, and targeting methods based on feedback and performance data.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in client outreach, business development, or sales development within a B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech environment.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM/automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills - professional, persuasive, and client-centric.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize outreach campaigns using data.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Preferred
- Experience engaging with international clients (EMEA & Middle East).
- Familiarity with compliance, AML/KYC, or financial technology solutions.
- Multilingual skills, especially in English, French, and Arabic.
