ABOUT THE COMPANY

As part of our exciting expansion into the Middle East, we are seeking experienced Client Advisor - Plastic Surgery to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their surgical journey, coordinating doctor schedules, operating theatre bookings, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from consultation to post-operative care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Plastic Surgery Client Advisor, you will:

  • Client Consultation Support: Engage with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide general information on available plastic surgery services, and facilitate consultations with the treating physician.
  • Coordinate appointments: Book and confirm consultations, pre-op assessments, and follow-up visits with surgeons.
  • Manage doctor schedules: Work with surgeons and partner hospitals to schedule surgeries and consultations.
  • Operating Theatre (OT) coordination: Liaise with partner hospitals to secure OT bookings and ensure completion of all pre-operative requirements, including medical investigations, consent documentation, and administrative clearances.
  • Sales targets: Present and promote plastic surgery services, treatment packages, and membership options to achieve assigned monthly revenue targets, in compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards.
  • Client experience: Deliver a high standard of service by ensuring consistent communication, guidance, and follow-up throughout the client’s surgical journey.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, nursing team, hospital staff, and clinic teams to maintain a smooth operation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in sales or client coordination in plastic surgery, aesthetic, or wellness sectors.
  • Familiarity with OT coordination or surgery bookings with partner hospitals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred)
  • Russian language will be an added advantage.
