Role Overview

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Site Superintendent responsible for the safe, timely and cost‑effective execution of all civil construction activities for onshore oil & gas projects. The role ensures full compliance with HSE, quality and project requirements while leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce HSE standards; promote strong safety culture across civil works.
• Manage execution of earthworks, concrete, underground and structural activities.
• Ensure first‑time‑right quality through approved method statements and ITPs.
• Contribute to construction planning, scheduling and constructability reviews.
• Monitor progress, productivity and milestones; implement corrective actions.
• Lead civil supervisors and direct manpower; manage subcontractors effectively.
• Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE, quality and information security requirements.

Requirements
