We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedCivil Project Managerto oversee and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must hold a validDubai Municipality License,Society of Engineers (SOE) Card, and aUAE Driving License. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage project teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil construction projects including design review, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Ensure all works comply withDubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement quality assurance measures, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Supervise site teams, providing technical guidance and resolving engineering issues as they arise.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project sites.
• Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and submit project status updates.
• Ensure proper documentation, permits, and approvals from relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum8–12 years of experiencein civil construction project management within the UAE.
