A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced recruitment coordinator to manage the selection and evaluation of candidates. You will work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure compliance with corporate recruitment best practices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a recruitment role. This is a fulltime position with no remote work option.
Coordinating with department managers and concerned parties to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Developing and defining candidate selection criteria to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.
Supervising the search for qualified candidates using various channels such as digital recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Managing interview processes and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and personal interviews.
Accurately evaluating candidate information including resumes and contact details using applicant tracking systems.
Designing and developing personal interview questions that reflect the requirements of each job to ensure the selection of the best talents.
Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.
Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies procedures and best practices in recruitment processes.
Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.
