Overview

Role Purpose The Chief Finance Officer will act as the senior financial strategist and steward of the organization, ensuring robust financial governance, capital management, project financial performance, compliance, and strategic direction across all business divisions. This role will provide financial leadership to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Leadership — Develop and implement long-term financial strategies in alignment with corporate goals. Provide expert financial guidance to the CEO and executive leadership on investment decisions, performance, and risk. Contribute to corporate expansion, diversification, and business growth planning.
  • Financial Planning & Control — Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles. Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, cash flow, and profitability. Implement and maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Governance — Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local UAE regulations, and statutory requirements. Oversee audits, taxation, and required regulatory reporting. Manage and foster relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial advisors.
  • Treasury & Risk Management — Oversee banking relationships, funding strategies, liquidity planning, and working capital management. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risk exposures including foreign exchange, guarantees, and major capital commitments.
  • Digital Finance & Transformation — Champion finance digitalization through ERP, automation, and advanced analytics. Enhance financial reporting systems to support executive decision-making.
