Financial Management
  • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in budget development and monitoring for residential properties.
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Manage banking relationships and reconcile bank statements.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for management decision-making.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and present findings to senior management.
Compliance and Process Improvement
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance controls.
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure organisational compliance.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Collaborate with property managers, homeowners associations and other stakeholders to address financial concerns and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to board members and executives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and project managers.
Management Rental Scheme
  • Oversee rental pool operations including P&L preparation, VAT invoicing, profit distribution and budget preparation.
  • Respond to unit owners queries and manage related financial processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise rental income and occupancy rates.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.
Strategic Financial Planning
  • Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies and goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.
