About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join the resort’s Employee Dining team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the employee dining kitchen section.
  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals for employees according to established menus and standards.
  • Monitor and assist with section workflow to ensure efficiency and timely service.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Prepare raw meat, fish, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes as required.
  • Oversee unloading of deliveries, proper storage, and rotation of stock to prevent spoilage.
  • Maintain HACCP standards for dry and cold storage, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Guarantee food is stored, chilled, and handled according to company policies.
  • Train, guide, and supervise Commis 1, 2, and 3 in daily tasks and skill development.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
  • Continuously improve health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Interact professionally and positively with colleagues, management, and contractors.
  • Attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings, sharing relevant updates.
  • Promote teamwork, encourage good relationships, and ensure effective multicultural communication.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain grooming, hygiene, and professional standards at all times.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including recycling and waste reduction programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Due to gaming operations and associated regulatory requirements, the minimum age for employment is 21 years.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
  • 3–5 years of culinary experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and menu planning.
  • Experience in large-scale cooking or employee dining operations preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HACCP standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high culinary standards.
