Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in channel sales activation within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to onboard at least 100+ new brokers in the next quarter.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
