Job summary

A leading financial institution in Fujairah is seeking an Officer for Central Operations to manage a team in Account Services. The role involves ensuring efficient functioning of the section, maintaining high service standards, and managing corporate accounts. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least 3 years of experience in corporate account management, alongside solid customer service and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum Bachelor degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• 3 years of prior experience in Corporate Account opening and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good English language aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and supervise a range of activities within Account Services.
• Respond to internal and external customers promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and comment on reports/statistics as requested by management.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resolve process problems and verify/troubleshoot information.
