Job summary

A telecommunications service provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Manager CE & Digitalization. The role involves enhancing customer experiences, collaborating with teams to drive customer engagement, and meeting NPS targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of experience in Training Management, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Training Management, including 2 years as Sales Training Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of Telecommunications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track customer experiences across channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance services.
  • Align customer strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Identify customer needs to maintain positive experiences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports.
  • Achieve Enterprise NPS & BHI targets.
  • Create brand awareness within the MELE segment.
  • Coach and guide cross-functional team members.
  • Resolve issues to meet overall customer objectives.
