Job summary

A premium bakery brand in Dubai is seeking a Catering In-charge to plan and execute catering events. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, managing timelines and logistics while training staff. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have at least 3 years of experience in catering or F&B operations. A valid UAE driving license is required. Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events (weddings, corporate, private), managing menus, timelines, logistics, budgets, and compliance.
  • Lead, train, and supervise catering staff to ensure excellent service standards, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct site visits, resolve concerns, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop menus, analyze sales data, support marketing activities, and ensure profitability and service quality across all events.
Requirements
