The position offers a salary of up to 8K AED, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Open to Female Arabic nationalities, 40 years old and below, with a valid UAE driving license.
• 3 years’ experience in catering or F&B operations is preferred.
• Proficient in budgeting, operational planning, and flexible with schedules.

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events (weddings, corporate, private), managing menus, timelines, logistics, budgets, and compliance.
• Lead, train, and supervise catering staff to ensure excellent service standards, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct site visits, resolve concerns, and drive new business opportunities.
• Develop menus, analyze sales data, support marketing activities, and ensure profitability and service quality across all events.

Requirements

• Open to Female Arabic nationalities only, 40 years old and below, with a valid UAE driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred, with 3 years’ experience in catering or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to build positive client and staff relationships.
