Job Overview:

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Cashier - Food and Beverage Operations at Real Madrid. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Reports any possible theft or misuse of the property immediately to a member of management.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Team Leader or Senior Management.
• Identifying & meeting customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
• Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within specified time frames.
• Recognise customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback/ complaint procedures.
• Offer assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure designated work goals are met.
• Demonstrate trust, support and respect towards team members in day-to-day work activities.
• Conduct communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
• Practice high standards of personal presentation in accordance with Company Grooming & Presentation Standards.
• Seek assistance from other team members, supervisors and managers when required.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Secondary School or College.
• 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Flexible working hours.
• Physically fit.
• Must strictly adhere to all HR policies and procedures at all times.
• Must be able to train, coach, mentor colleagues.
• To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
• Ability to handle cash and good cash handling skills.
