A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Cashier to handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work flexible shifts, ensuring safety and hygiene standards. 1. Daily Operations
·Execute routine duties as per departmental SOPs.
·Monitor area cleanliness, guest service, andqueue flow.
·Report incidents and escalate issues whennecessary.
2. Team Support & Coordination
·Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors.
·Support new staff orientation and daily taskassignments.
·Provide shift handover details accurately.
3. Customer Service
·Assist guests with directions, services, orconcerns.
·Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude.
·Handle complaints with professionalism andescalate as needed.
4. Health, Safety, and Hygiene
·Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
·Ensure guest zones are safe and hazard-free.
Education:
·High school diploma or equivalent. Additionalrelevant training is a plus.
Skills:
·Strong customer service and communicationabilities.
·Teamwork and time management.
·1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality,operations, or customer service.
