Carpenter in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, constructing, and repairing different types of wooden structures, including cabinets, furniture, and other items.
The ideal candidate must be able to read blueprints and technical drawings related to carpentry. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Any experience with power tools will be beneficial.
Responsibilities include:
• Designing structures according to specification provided
• Constructing structures using hand tools such as saws and drills
• Repairing existing structures when required
• Assembling furniture and other items by following instructions
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed
• Providing advice on the selection of materials when necessary
• Keeping records of stock levels and materials used
• Providing quality assurance on finished products
The successful applicant should possess at least 3 years of experience in carpentry. A valid driver’s license is essential. The salary offered is 900 AED/month. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the UAE if they meet the necessary requirements.
