As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support daily HR operations in colleague documentation and HR partnering services. Also, you will be the main touchpoint in aiding colleagues’ daily requests. And you will support in the Emiratisation drive and colleague engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains effective internal and external communication with respective stakeholders.
  • Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all records related to the department.
  • Support hotel audits with the records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
  • Ability to create a learning environment, assisting all other HR related activities, and Service Excellence programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
