Responsibilities:

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
• Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition.
• Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations, or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
• Managing inventory and reordering supplies.
• Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
• Hosing down loose dirt from the exterior of cars.
• Mixing soap solution in the exact quantity needed for washing cars.
• Using cloth and sponges to scrub away stubborn stains or built-up dirt.
• Soaping the entire car, making sure that soap does not get into engine parts.
• Adjusting water pressure in water hoses and rinsing the soap off the car.
• Using a dry cloth or electric dryer to dry the exterior of the car.
• Ensuring that tires are soaped and watered down properly.
• Scrubbing tires to get rid of stubborn dirt and mud.
• Ensuring that the mudguards are cleaned from within the arch.
• Dusting and vacuuming the interior of the car.
• Dusting and washing car mats and ensuring that they have dried properly before putting them back in place.
• Removing trash from the car and cleaning seats and surfaces.
• Ensuring that door trims and hinges are cleaned properly.
• Polishing and waxing both the interior and the exterior of the car.
• Driving cars through the automatic car wash when instructed.
