A leading global risk advisor is seeking a Captive Manager based in Dubai. This hybrid role requires effective management of captive insurance programs while leveraging underwriting expertise. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in underwriting, solid risk analysis knowledge, and strong client relationship skills. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captive team at Marsh. This role will be based in UAE‑Dubai. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Captive Manager will be responsible for the effective management and oversight of captive insurance programs and captive operations. Leveraging underwriting expertise, this role focuses on reviewing risk analyses, advising clients on complex risk scenarios, overseeing insurance transactions, and ensuring the smooth administration of captive insurance policies and related documentation. This position excludes financial statement preparation but emphasizes client advisory, risk management, and operational oversight within captive insurance structures.
Prior experience with captive insurance is a plus.
