What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests. The role focuses on delivering Bonbon Café’s baked items and related duties in a safe, timely manner, while upholding food safety and hospitality standards.

• Deliver Bonbon Café’s freshly baked cakes, breads, pastries and other food items safely and on time, ensuring products reach customers in perfect condition.
• Handle fragile food items with care, maintaining high quality from bakery to customer doorstep.
• Transport deliveries in a clean, safe, and timely manner while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and look after the café’s delivery vehicle, arrange cleaning and minor maintenance, and notify management of issues.
• Plan and follow delivery routes efficiently, adapt to traffic conditions and ensure punctual service.
• Represent Bonbon Café with professionalism and courtesy to every customer.
• Show flexibility in handling delivery changes, while respecting schedules and safety guidelines.
• Support the team during busy service periods when not driving.
• Assist with stock replenishment, mise-en-place and setup for service.
• Welcome and seat guests, take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and presentation.
