Position: Call Center Representative

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Follow interaction scripts when dealing with various subjects.
  3. Determine clients' needs, provide clear information, research concerns, and offer solutions or options.
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  5. Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by going the extra mile.
  6. Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database in an organized manner.
  7. Attend training workshops to enhance knowledge and performance.
  8. Meet personal and team targets, both qualitative and quantitative.
