Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar coordination role within the fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Knowledge of interior design principles and practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings and plans for fit-out projects using CAD software.
• Coordinate and assist project managers in all phases of fit-out projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing as per plans.
