Job summary

A leading luxury hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Butler to provide personalized and efficient service to guests. You will be responsible for managing assigned villas, ensuring their cleanliness and maintenance while exceeding guests' expectations. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a luxury setting and possess strong decision-making and communication skills in English. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception tasks such as check-in/check-out is an advantage.
• Friendly and outgoing behavior is essential.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a luxury segment.

As a Butler you are required to engage and maximize and exceed guests satisfaction by providing highly personalized efficient and responsive service with attention to details and anticipating guests needs. Take ownership and leadership of all villas assigned to you including directing assisting and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas.
