• Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences
• Ensure all meat products are presented in an appealing manner in the display case
• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels for meat products
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering cooking suggestions
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Food handler's certification is a plus
