Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East via cold‑calling, emails, and networking.
  • Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision‑makers (HR, Finance, Procurement, and C‑Suite).
  • Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate terms with prospects.
  • Follow up diligently on leads, engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive business development.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, reporting regularly on activity and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in online B2B sales, SaaS, cold calling, and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in presentations.
  • Strong relationship‑building ability with senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient and target‑driven, able to perform under pressure.
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage).
