We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the UAE to generate qualified pipelines for NymCard’s financial products, including cross-border payments and credit card programmes powered by NymCard’s NCore platform. This is a high-ownership role focused on outbound prospecting, sharp qualification, and building momentum for the sales team. You will be in the market, meeting prospects, opening doors, and consistently creating opportunities that convert.
You will run a disciplined weekly operating rhythm across activity, meetings, qualified pipeline created, and conversion rates. You will qualify fast, document precisely, and hand over opportunities with context that helps deals close.
Success looks like consistent qualified pipeline creation, clean CRM hygiene, and measurable improvement in conversion through better targeting, messaging, and qualification.
