Role Description

This is a remote, partnership-based role for a Business Development Partner.

You will work directly with the founder on a premium tourism booking SaaS platform that is already built and production-ready.

Your responsibility is business growth, not delivery.

You will:

  • identify and pursue high-value business opportunities
  • build and manage relationships with decision-makers
  • lead outreach, partnerships, and deal execution
  • contribute to go-to-market and growth strategy

This is not a salaried job.

This is a long-term partnership role with a fixed share model, negotiated upfront.

Qualifications
  • proven business development or deal-making experience
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • experience working with business owners, founders, or decision-makers
  • ability to independently drive outreach and close or advance deals
  • long-term, ownership-focused mindset
No degree required.

Results, experience, and execution matter more than formal education.
