Overview

In this role, you will own, scale, and mature the ISV partner ecosystem, directly impacting revenue growth and platform adoption. Your strategic direction will involve managing a portfolio of digital-native and cloud-native partners, driving collaborative efforts to create mutual value. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across sales and technical teams to facilitate joint initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of ISV partners including onboarding, enablement and performance management.
  • Drive ISV readiness and platform adoption through structured onboarding and technical enablement.
  • Lead joint GTM and co-sell execution with Sales and ISV partners.
  • Establish Joint Business Plans and track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Represent the company within the ISV ecosystem at industry events and strategic forums.
  • Act as the primary ISV advocate across cross-functional teams.
Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ISV partnerships or business development within B2B technology.
