We are a boutique art experiences company in Dubai specializing in Sip & Paint events with a luxury twist. Our mission is to blend creativity, social connection, and premium hospitality into unforgettable experiences.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (freelance/part-time) to help us secure strategic collaborations with luxury hotels, premium restaurants, fashion/lifestyle brands, and exclusive venues in Dubai.

The ideal candidate has proven experience building partnerships in the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sector, with the ability to position our brand as a premium offering in the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential luxury partners (hotels, lounges, galleries, fashion brands, high-end F&B).

• Develop and pitch creative collaboration proposals tailored to each partner.

• Build a pipeline of opportunities and manage outreach (emails, calls, presentations).

• Assist in creating sponsorship/partnership decks and luxury brand positioning materials.

• Negotiate partnership terms that drive visibility, revenue, and long-term collaboration.

• Advise on trends in the Dubai luxury and events market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship sales (preferably in luxury, events, or hospitality).

• Strong portfolio of successful brand or event collaborations.

• Understanding of the Dubai/GCC market (existing connections in the UAE are a strong advantage).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to create polished, luxury-standard presentations and proposals.

Deliverables & KPIs:

• Minimum 10 qualified leads per month.

• Signed partnership agreements with luxury brands/venues within the first 2–3 months.

• Development of a scalable outreach playbook for future partnerships.

Engagement Details:

• Freelance, part-time (flexible hours).

• Compensation: Commission based.

• Hybrid candidates (remote + on-ground in Dubai) are preferred, but strong remote candidates will also be considered.
