The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded sales professional to join our growing Sales team and help drive the next phase of our global expansion.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute business development strategies for a diverse international client base. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and turning complex technical capabilities into compelling commercial offerings.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and influencing strategy - while working in a technically sophisticated, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop competitive, high-quality commercial proposals
  • Identify bid opportunities and lead the commercial strategy for tenders and negotiations
  • Evaluate risks, opportunities, and commercial structures to support profitable growth
  • Work closely with executives to align business development activities with corporate strategy
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of annual business development and revenue plans
  • Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to delivery teams with clear technical and commercial alignment
  • Represent the company professionally across clients, partners, and industry events
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, strengthen market positioning, and add long-term value

Experience & Expertise
