General Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales across the Middle East. This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape our regional growth strategy from Dubai.

The Business Development Manager will drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage our existing enterprise network while building new partnerships and sales channels across the region.

You’ll have the freedom to execute your own strategies, backed by a collaborative team and a strong regional presence. This role demands accountability, initiative, and a passion for creating long-term value through strategic business development.

Your Day-to-Day :

Selling : At the end of the day, with this role, numbers talk. Your day should be focused around delivering against our MRR (monthly recurring revenue) targets in the short, medium and long term. This involves arranging calls / meets, pitching, following up and closing. Whilst this is a senior position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process.

New Sales channel creation : We work with large enterprise clients who leverage us as a value add in their recruitment. You will look to increase the number of these contracted relationships we have and structure them to deliver sales.

Sales process improvement : Reporting to the Managing Partner, your role is essential and as such we will expect you to iterate our process continually, to increase conversion rates and reduce deal cycle times. You will be part of the commercial team to work with, but when it comes to sales, we will be looking to you to drive us forward.

Whilst it won't be your responsibility to deliver (that will be the research & delivery team), it will be part of your daily role to ensure our brand presence is wide and targeted in appropriate channels.

  • Specific experience in sales across various industries may be valuable, as well as experience / links into government entities across the Middle East / GCC.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Execute the business development plans for the company promoting a strong growth strategy.
  • Identify new clients and convert them into new business through proactive calls and meetings.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, preparing presentations and proposals, and negotiating fee agreements with prospective clients.
  • Ownership of sales activities for the assigned industry and taking the responsibility of achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Acquire new recruitment mandates from new corporate clients.
  • Maintain high-level professional relationships with current and prospective clients and secure long-term contracts.
  • Report monthly / quarterly sales pipeline to management.
  • Interact with clients through meetings, emails, phone calls and trade show participation.
  • Keep in close contact with potential clients to win new recruitment opportunities.
  • Build rapport with key decision makers in the industry to ensure a constant flow of business.
  • Achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
