We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to focus on universities and research institutes across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be analytical, dynamic, and results-oriented, with strong market connections, excellent customer relationship skills, and deep commercial and technical expertise. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding the company’s market presence, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably within the higher education, research, or scientific equipment/solutions sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA market, including universities, research institutes, and relevant industry trends.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to Universities and Research Institutes to support client consultations and solution development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., English + Arabic) are a plus.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
