Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by securing new clients and expanding our presence in Abu Dhabi’s government and private sectors. Duties include identifying high-value opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic Arab female professional with 2–3 years of UAE agency experience, an extensive Abu Dhabi government network, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and excel at client acquisition. Ultimately, a successful Business Development Executive will directly fuel our market expansion and reinforce our reputation as an industry innovator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities with Abu Dhabi government entities and private clients.
  • Maintain and expand a robust network of key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative and events teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Prepare compelling pitches, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Requirements (Must-Haves):
  • 3–5 years of business development experience in a UAE advertising agency or events company.
  • Proven existing network of Abu Dhabi government clients and decision-makers.
  • Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
