The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of sales experience within the manpower or recruitment industry and a valid UAE driving license. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities across the UAE. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, a solid understanding of Sales preferably from manpower/recruitment industry, and a valid UAE driving license. This role involves end-to-end business development, maintain client relationships and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
· Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and leads.
· Should be passionate about sales and a go getter.
· Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals.
· Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline/prospect clients.
· Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
