Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team from a manpower background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products or services to meet company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
