DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Work along distributor sales team to identify and prioritize potential clients within the foodservice sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prospect and acquire new customers through networking, cold calls, and lead generation.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
- Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met
- Analyse territory and monitoring performance results, daily call reports and weekly work plans
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong knowledge of the food service industry
- Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/needed by Sales to develop Selling tools and stories and delivering gold standard execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels. Ability to engage and enthuse others with clear, concise communication to reach decision and recommendation.
- Culinary certification a plus
- Must Maintain a valid drive license
- Previous experience in an F&B/ Restaurant Operations/Catering Services/ FS distributor preferably in UAE
