Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in UAE real estate escrow implementations. Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for the Escrow Management System
Document requirements using user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with business users, developers, vendors, and product owners in an agile environment
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, testcases, and scripts
Execute UAT, track defects, and report test results and risks to stakeholders
Validate “to-be” business processes and support process documentation updates
Provide subject matter expertise on escrow processes, controls, and compliance
Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Escrow Management Systems
Mandatory experience in Real Estate Escrow Implementations for UAE banks
Strong experience in UAT, end‑to‑end testing, and defect management
Proven ability to document user journeys and user stories
Good understanding of Transaction Banking products and channels
Experience with Corporate Banking channels is an added advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
