This role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health through meticulous analysis and implementation of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation of Corporate Processes: Drive the establishment and integration of corporate financial processes within the organization.
  2. Adaptation of Internal Processes: Customize and optimize internal financial processes to align with business needs.
  3. Implementation of Accounting Systems: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of accounting systems (ODOO, CTRM).
  4. Business Process Development: Develop and refine business processes, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization with internal systems.
  5. Business Consulting: Provide expert financial consulting to enhance business performance and strategic decision-making.
  6. Financial Policy Development: Create and enforce financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  7. Budgeting Oversight: Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to create, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
