As a Business Analyst, you will support improvements to our processes across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with business heads to identify inefficiencies in different verticals and help recommend practical solutions. You will collaborate with the Data, Product, and Business Intelligence teams to enhance internal tools and support initiatives such as improving pricing and workflow systems. Your work will include analysing team and individual performance, highlighting areas that need attention, and coordinating with GMs and HODs to improve day-to-day operations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to explore data-driven ideas that can improve how we work in a fast-moving digital environment.

In this role, you will:
  • Prepare and present Quarterly OKRs and Monthly performance reports for all revenue-generating verticals within the Cars division, supporting strategic decision-making for the GM and Heads of Departments.
  • Help improve the productivity strategy for Account Managers, Purchase and Sales teams by identifying performance gaps, creating KPI improvement frameworks, and tracking outcomes.
  • Support business growth by delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to the GM and HODs.
  • Develop and enhance business intelligence for Dubizzle’s assisted listings and auction platform, ensuring robust performance tracking and opportunity identification.
  • Produce and deliver market-facing materials, including Media Kits, Client Performance Reports, and regular market updates to strengthen Dubizzle’s positioning with current and prospective clients.
  • Execute analytical projects to identify opportunities for optimizing processes and deliver insights on ways to acquire potential untapped clientele.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases and strategic insights for product, sales, and operational initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business questions and support leadership with fast, accurate insights.
  • Be the Business POC for all data related projects with the Business Intelligence team and drive all data related projects with the BI Team.
  • Partner with the BI team to enhance internal tools—particularly the Pricing Tool and help translate on ground realities into technical business requirements.
  • Lead reporting efficiency and automation efforts by streamlining dashboards, consolidating performance metrics, and automating all feasible reporting processes – in partnership with the BI Team.
