A leading eCommerce company is seeking a Business Analyst for the MENA region to provide data-driven insights and support business initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage large datasets, create reports, and collaborate across various teams to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions. The Business Analyst MENA Region is responsible for providing data-driven insights and supporting the execution of business initiatives that drive iHerbs growth across the Middle East and North Africa. This role directly supports the General Manager MENA working cross-functionally to analyze model and report on financial and operational performance and to inform strategic and tactical actions related to performance optimization product selection pricing and operational excellence.
This position combines analytical rigor with business partnershiptranslating insights into actionable recommendations and collaborating with teams such as Pricing Merchandising Marketing and Operations to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large datasets creating reports and dashboards performing detailed analyses and facilitating cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable business results.
Bachelors degree with emphasis in finance economics or data analytics or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.
Able to identify troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills and determine when to elevate issues as required in a timely manner.
