Experience Requirements
  • UAE Nationals: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Other Nationalities: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze project budget reports, track expenditures, and ensure financial alignment with project objectives and cost targets.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with project managers, assess departmental budget requirements, and evaluate the financial impact of change requests.
  • Standardization & Documentation: Develop standardized budget reporting forms and templates to streamline financial tracking.
  • Cost Analysis & Resource Allocation: Provide expertise in financial resource distribution, budget preparation, and decision-making regarding budget approvals.
  • Expenditure & Compliance Oversight: Monitor major project expenditures, ensure adherence to financial regulations, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Financial Data Verification: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data while maintaining compliance with budget policies and objectives.
  • Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance: Adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies, ensuring responsible financial management.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Financial Planning & Budgeting.
