AP Brand and Watch Industry Proficiency

  • Ensure you maintain the highest level of brand and product knowledge. This includes possessing an exceptional understanding of AP's brand fundamentals, our rich history and heritage, as well as the specificities of our watch collections, watch references, their main features, prices, and sales pitches.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices. This involves actively monitoring and evaluating other industry players to identify areas of competitive advantage.

Operational Excellence

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of creative Brand & Media strategies that will make an impact, support the Brand, and help increase sales and market share targets in the region.
  • Assist in the development of the Brand calendar for the entity and communicate local and global updates regularly.
  • Support the Brand team in the planning of brand-related events & projects and ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in the development of the Brand budget and liaise regularly with finance on budget tracking, expenses with suppliers, invoicing, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Work closely with the Logistics team on all Brand and Retail related orders and shipments related to events and animations in boutiques and AP Houses.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage stock levels related to Brand in the warehouse.
  • Support Retail Operations, communicate, and report all implementations related to Brand in boutiques and AP Houses (Windows Animations, Visual Merchandising, etc.).
  • Support CRM in their respective activations.
  • Support both CRM and Brand Teams in organizing clients, press, and PR agency trips.
  • Support the Brand team with gathering the needed data to consolidate the necessary Brand-related reports.
  • Maintain the archiving system for all executed elements in the Brand calendar and ensure all relevant systems are updated as mandated.
  • Coordinate with agencies on deliverables for Brand campaigns, events, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date and ensure full compliance with AP company policies and internal procedures regarding Brand, security, retail operations, administration, and data protection regulations.

Ensure that all actions, transactions, and decisions are in line with AP company practices and legal requirements. Work with transparency, integrity, and respect for people and company property. Take accountability for all your actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in brand building, strategic planning, and brand management, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Fluent English language skills are a must, Arabic is a plus.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Great ability to work under pressure.
  • Great sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Great team management & development skills.
  • Strong creative mindset.
