Overview

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Deira Gold Souk, Dubai Compensation: ₹15–24 LPA (INR equivalent) Relocation Support: Visa sponsorship, flight tickets, and initial accommodation assistance provided We are seeking a creative and performance-oriented Brand Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for a well-established luxury jewellery brand located in Dubai’s iconic Gold Souk. This role combines brand storytelling, growth marketing, and creative leadership, spanning both digital and physical retail touchpoints. The ideal candidate will balance premium brand building with data-driven execution, ensuring strong visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute brand and marketing strategy across digital, social, retail, influencer, and offline channels.>
  • Build and optimize customer journeys to enhance brand loyalty, engagement, and repeat purchases.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives while maintaining consistent and aspirational brand storytelling.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to shape brand vision, positioning, and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, influencers, and internal teams to produce high-impact campaigns and content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and marketing metrics, using insights to refine strategy and execution.
Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles within jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong blend of creative thinking and analytical execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow brand presence while delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and market trends.
  • Experience working with premium, aspirational audiences is highly desirable.
